Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access and rights to materials supplied to GenAlliance.
Intellectual property
Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables are defined in the relevant project agreement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks and third-party materials remain subject to their own rights.
Payments and third parties
Fees, payment schedules and approved third-party services are agreed before work begins. Third-party availability and pricing are outside our control.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide dependable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific business outcomes. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
